ELKANAH EMMANUEL RHULE is no ordinary man, neither is he an ordinary teacher.
The man, who hails from the cool clime of Juan de Bolas and Garden Hill in St. Catherine, has over the years, made an indelible impression on education.
A product of Mico Teachers’ College, Rhule learned early in his career the rudiments of teaching and the value of honing one’s skills. This was later reinforced by studies at the University of the West Indies, which culminated in the award of the bachelor of education degree in educational administration in 1986.
Elkanah Rhule is presently a school principal and has been producing short plays for the amusement of school children and community people for many years.
