Kelly Henry, a vegetarian for over 20 years, always had a strong love for experimenting with Caribbean and international cuisine, and enjoys creating delicious and nutritious recipes. She studied International Cookery & Bar Technology and this knowledge, coupled with her love of cooking, have earned her many national culinary awards.
